What did Riyo and Oprah have in common?

I should have merged this together with my previous post. Heck, I decided to make another one. :P

Besides my love for Riyo’s smoky eye makeup (a dark purple and charcoal combination with heavy eye liner on the outer v area and false lashies to complete the look), I also love her gown during that night. It’s a Gucci ready-to-wear Summer 2007 kimono inspired gown which may look like typical kimono wrap top…Hence, instead of wrapping around the gown, it has a plunging v-neckline to fake the kimono look. I’m also gushing over its cutesy intricate details on the gown’s drapings. That’s what I call, “Asian Fab.”

Looks like the famous talk show host pulled out the same look!

Well, looks like Oprah made a bit justice to donning the gown during the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Albeit she doesn’t possess a lanky figure (which Riyo has), the gown gave Oprah a sexy, sensuous vixen look. The plunging neckline shown her a full decolletage and the fitted waistline actually gave Oprah voluptuous curves.

Overall, too bad, it didn’t fit her much. Why? The gown overall shouts the color “black”. And golden-skinned people should avoid wearing something dark or gloomy lest it won’t compliment their skintone. She should’ve chosen a light colored gown. Also, her kinks did also some damage to her getup. I think it’ll be better if she had it straight or pulled it up. I don’t suggesting pulling her hair up using chopstick. She might look like a trying hard Japanese girl in the guise of a Black woman.

Oh, I just thought of using it instead of the phrase “kinky hair.” :) I dunno, maybe I was too lazy to type a lot that time. :P
