The Balm Stainiac for a pocket-sized lip and cheek tint

image from epinions.comI’ve been ogling for weeks to finally get a lip and cheek tint since I can’t manage to put and fix my lip gloss or lipstick without getting my hair stuck onto it. I guess that’s the downside of MAC lipglasses–they’re so sticky; they make my hair stick on my lips. Applying lipstick gives me more effort into putting the just-enough hue without making me look like I’m ready to par-tay.

So, for a natural and effortless look, I resolved to get back to the basics. When I was in high school, I ought to use a lip balm. Yet, lip balms don’t give enough hue for my pucker. I want to have a low maintenance lip color without sacrificing the glamorous, just bitten look of rouge on my lips–making it a notch more luscious!

Conceal it!

Image courtesy of Cinemasecrets.comDuring my high school, I was oblivious that there’s something such as a makeup to cover my face flaws and temporarily bid my beauty boo-boos goodbye.

Then, upon flipping the pages of my aunt’s AVON brochure, I saw this creamy foundation stick thing in a lipstick packaging. It said “concealer”. The moment I knew the word, it struck me. It immediately injected to my head about its core function. Duh, anyone would feel and think the same way I did. :P

To those of you who don’t know what a concealer is. A concealer is a makeup used to hide flaws-blemishes, scars, dark spots, dark undereye circles-to name a few. Basically, it covers up these flaws and camouflages them to your skin creating a flawless look.
