‘Tis the season to be jolly (if you’re a toddler wishing for gazillions of gifts from your roster of godparents) or to be frowning (if you’re a godparent who’s dead-broke and nearly bankrupt with gazillons of godchildren listed on your Christmas shopping list).
December is also the time for happy moments, sheer nonchalance and false pretenses. Well, everyone is ought to be happy, or deadpan okay at least. Everyone must be celebrating, or sleeping soundly (which works best for the cynics).
And to cut the crap, how’s my December gonna be? I think this is one of the most boring Holidays I ever have.
But hey, I have/had:
* PCOS – one of the several illnesses I have and hate so much ‘coz it’s too costly and goddamn annoying. I questioned myself for 2 months and had terrible breakouts. Thank God, on the other hand, ‘coz it’s curable.
* iPod – this is the fulfillment of my insatiable appetite from mp3 downloading–so-called audiophilia. Now, all’s right with the world with me and this inanimate object of mine that plays music, not to mention the WiFi it hogs that makes me surf the internetz.
* Starbucks Planner – my feverish supping of lattes (soy, coffee–name it) is all worth it because of this wonderful treat from Starbucks, albeit every treat comes with a hefty price tag.
* Shu Uemura – Now’s somewhat the end of my ultimate MAC Cosmetics obsession. I’ve finally switched to Shu Uemura. I got the velvet powder-foundation, plus the pro spots concealer to boot. Currently, I’m loving my luscious, lavish loot to bits! ![]()
* Religion, sort of – There’s no kidding here folks! Seriously, I think I’m one my way to find the right path for me. So much for going astray.
Fine, I’d take it back. My December ain’t gonna go boring.
