Missing Bizu Truffles.

Bizu Chocolate Truffles

I’m a self-confessed sweet tooth. I love chocolates. And every time I get to pass by Bizu, I always make sure to get a cake or a set of truffles before leaving.

It’s been quite a while since I last visited the place. Bizu Patisserie is well-known for its pastries and sweets. One thing I’m lemming right now are their sweet little treats aka Chocolate Truffles.

These teensy bits-and-pieces never fail to make my day a sunny one. :) I got the chance before to pick 6 among 19 different flavors. My favorite one is Antoinette, which is composed of pistachio cream, white chocolate ganache and white chocolate couverture glazed with crushed pistachio nuts. I also love Roca, too–a dark chocolate truffle with caramel and crushed almonds.

For a cheap thrill of Php 48 (about $1) apiece, you’re on surefire way to satisfy your sweet tooth craving. They also offer chocolate truffle sets in gold or jeweled box packaging.

Check this link for prices and other truffle variants. :)
