After watching “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” last night, I resolved to look for more flicks to watch. And yes, I just remember about the Golden Globe Awards being held recently. So, I took a few clues from there.
Speaking of curiosity, the movie Slumdog Millionaire piques my curiosity above all else. It’s a rags-to-riches story of an indigent Indian orphan whose life has been changed by joining in a local TV game show, Who Wants to be a Millionaire? I ought not to read the rest, lest I might get some spoilers which will make watching it less exciting.
Anyway, it’s been widely heralded my film critiques and movie goers alike, after bagging 4 Golden Globes this year for best director, best motion picture, best screenplay and best original score. I hope this one’s gonna be shown here in the Philippines soon.
