I’m a big fan of Paella, particularly that of Arroz a la Valenciana (Valencian’s Paella). Whenever I go to Spanish restaurants, consider this dish ordered! It’s soo nice that this was being served during my office Christmas Party, alongside with prawn tempura, sweet ham, and mixed vegetables in cheese sauce. The latter was also made to perfection!
