Not in this coming elections though. Lolol.

A couple of months ago, I bought a pair of Nike trainers and I haven’t used them ever since I tried donning them on inside the store.
More story here. I was so supposed to run on a regular basis, but it looks like my running partner just had a change of heart. Right now, I’m looking for a cheap, decent gym nearby to run on a treadmill, and then do bikram yoga during the weekends.
Speaking of yoga, I’ll try to make an elaborate post next time.

You know what, had we lived near each other, I would be very willing to be your gym buddy, running partner, yoga classmate, etc.

For the gym, well, I will be a little biased with this ─ ♥ your own. You can go to Slimmer’s World. I’m sure there’s one either near your house or your place of work. You don’t need a trainer really. Slimmer’s has good deals plus even if you don’t get a Personal Trainer, you can still their trainers to make a program for you. I personally think that fitness and losing weight is all about the person. One can have Jillian Michaels as a trainer, but if you don’t put your heart into it and if you don’t work hard for it, it’s still gonna be nothing.
I’m very happy about this post Roanne.Ü
Goodluck! Again, cheers to healthier bodies this year. You go girl!

Unfortunately, we live in opposite cities.
As for the gym, there’s this studio which is a few streets away from my place, but I haven’t barged in yet. I haven’t seen any Slimmer’s nearby, though there’s Fitness First in Eastwood and Citylifestyle in Timog-Tomas area.
Yup, I must agree especially when it comes to losing weight, you must stick stringently to the program or regimen, and never succumb to cheating!
Also, patience is a virtue. I believe all kinds of workout are pretty hard on the first few tries. All of them can be very, very taxing. You should have the heart and courage to overcome the all the cramps, aches and buckets of sweat that go along the way.
Ditto, girl! Cheers to healthier and stronger bodies this year.
