Despite the news circulating that world’s super lola designer Betsey Johnson will retire, she denied by telling to People through her rep, “I will never retire while I’ve still got my legs and my make-up box.”

The 66-year-old fashion designer is well-known for her vivacious, over-the-top whimsical dresses, and doing cartwheels on the runway at the end of her every show.

Seeing more of Betsey Johnson’s eccentric yet creative designs makes me think of my childhood once more and Alice in Wonderland. I just love her spirit, and hopefully I get to grab a piece of her creation soon. xx
