Lancome’s Color Fever Dewy Shine Bitten Lips

Lancome Color Fever Dewy Shine Bitten Lips AdOh well, this is another dose of my personal beauty blogging. ;)

Rain or shine, summer is still bringing some heat waves into our wardrobe. Aside from updating your clothing from trench coats to floral summer dresses, have your overall look updated as well. The beach goddess look is “in” once again, as baring it all is on fire! That is, wearing less makeup or none at all! In this humid weather, you better skip on those heavy foundations and smoky eye shadows, and bring out your tinted moisturizers and bronzers to adapt the oh-so-hot summer look!

And so, Lancome has something in store for you. Check out its two lines of Color Fever Dewy Shine Bitten Lips lipstick that gives you a just-bitten, natural lip color–as if you’re not wearing any lipstick at all!

Lancome Color Fever Dewy Shine Glowy Bitten Lips: almost innocent sensuality…

L’Oreal Luxe Beauty Group Event

I’ve been itching to make a post about this event that truly made my day. It was last week Monday when I had a chance to attend another lovely event courtesy of L’Oreal Philippines. :)

For starters, L’Oreal’s wonderful ladies, Jannie Villacorta and Kristine Coronel-Dy, graced the event. Kristine summoned the guys carrying our “present”.

L'Oreal Luxe Beauty Group Event Philippines

Inside this lovely gift box was a list of instructions, each representing a Luxe booth and a beauty-suggested activity! I myself just had my personal scent tested in the Luxury Scents booth, featuring the new fragrance of Giorgio Armani: Attitude Extreme. Aback were the drool-worthy pictures that made it to the photo contest. I also discovered the newest skin care products from Lancome, particularly the Genifique Youth Activator that piques my interest greatly. Of course, I had some moment of relaxation with the a hand massage treatment using Kiehl’s products, not to mention met Kiehl’s product manager Sheena Dy.

Lastly, I had super fun as John Pagaduan of Shu Uemura fixed my once unkempt brows. Finally, I don’t have to visit the salon this week, and fit it with my uber-busy schedule. Instead of waxing, he had my brows tweazed slowly but surely. I really love how my brows look now.

Also, took a peek on Shu Uemura‘s Tokyo lash bar, whilst supping my drink for the gods/goddesses from Kiehl’s. ;-)

Of course, more reviews & product updates coming up! :P

More Pics! :) Read the rest of this entry »

Launches & Farewells.

Lancome OscillationLast Friday, I attended L’Oreal Philippines’ Lancome Oscillation Mascara Launch. Thank goodness, I was able to catch up for the event albeit I ran so late. Of course, I met some local beauty bloggers and had a wee bit of time to talk to them. Thanks to Allison Salvador of L’Oreal, she made me try this truly ingenius product from Lancome! Not only that, I also received a press kit which includes a dvd, product info and loot bag filled with luscious Lancome goodies! I have yet to write a review for this pretty soon!

Come Saturday and I wasn’t able to do everything that was scheduled for. :( Sucks, I failed to attend T‘s wedding, plus 2 meetings to boot. Surprisingly, I was able to grab a wedding gift for friend T, before I finally decided that I couldn’t make it because of total lack of sleep thereof. Anyhoos, I wish both of them (T and R) all the best!

Sunday was an insightful one as I attended another service that hit me really hard. It’s such an awakening that helped me with my decision. I finally paid my hosting plan. :D Then, I had dinner with friends, M, G and R.

Right now, I’m in the middle of processing documents for my passport. I am now decided to finally try going out of the country soon (but not for a long time)! I believe this is my calling to explore things and learn something new as I expand my career avenues. I know that it’s really a huge risk to take, but heck, it’s a brand new adventure that’s worth a shot! It pains me, on the other hand, to bid adieu to some people I truly admire and appreciate. But, it won’t end that way. Grabbing a new opportunity won’t impede me, one way or another, from keeping in touch with them. :)
