Loving Windows 7 Wallpapers <3<3<3

Going back, they also release a set of RC wallpapers for the OS under construction development. These wallpapers consist of fancy surrealist and abstract expressionist CGIs, macro shots, wonderful nature shots, and other cutesy graphic designs. Let me share a few of them I totally like.

*This one is so fancy and surreal! Reminds me of Alice in Wonderland.
*

*I just love the blending of dark, rich colors. Plus, the radial gradient of heart and swirl figures really adds some oomph. This one looks surefire girly to me.
*

*The last one really invokes quite a message, particularly about Global Warming. It depicts glaciers melting in a patch of dark soil.

At Philips GoGear Event
Posted by roanne in MP3 Players, Philips, Techie Stuff on June 10, 2009
One not-so-sunny Saturday afternoon, friend A and I went to Bonifacio High Street in Taguig to check out the Philips Go Gear Event. I’m not much of a gadget girl (I only own a laptop, an iTouch, a Nokia phone and a PSP 2000), but I must admit that I’m pretty much of an audiophile.
Added being caffeine aficionado to boot,I sipped 2 glassfuls of yummy Raspberry Mocha Twist from Seattle’s Best, whilst looking at this wonderful Philips GoGear Gadgets. And, these two pique my interest:
Luxe & Stylish

Clip and click to always stay tuned and connected. The chic Philips GoGear LUXE MP3 player fastens like an accessory so you can wear your music. Switch from music to calls on your Bluetooth mobile phone and view caller ID – at a touch. -Philips
What I like about this is its pretty, bejeweled skin that really puts some fashion statement into any wardrobe. Plus, it boasts a Bluetooth headset, so there’s no need to put on a different earpiece when answering calls.
Flexible & Handy

Clip on your music and go! The Philips GoGear Mix MP3 player lets you transfer files speedily with push-out USB – no cables required. Enjoy easy navigation on its full color display and 25-hour music playback with its embedded battery -Philips
Talking about ergonomics, I have a penchant for penlight, USB MP3 players. This mp3 player doubles as a USB flash drive, perfect to store your MP3s and non-audio files in one go. Diminutive as it seems, this has a full color display, something that my old Samsung MP3 player lacks.
Too bad, I wasn’t able to stay longer to watch the band and enjoy Pinoy music afterwards. Anyway, Philips is currently holding its Bandwidth Battle of the Bands. For more information about Philips GoGear and the competition, kindly log on to http://philipsbandwidth.blogspot.com/
Stylish Ego Laptop for the Fashionable Moi!
Posted by roanne in Fashion Reviews, Laptops, Techie Stuff on May 7, 2009
No, I don’t own an Ego laptop. How I wish I could, but knowing its price makes me fall off my chair!
Recently, I stumbled upon this ultimately gorgeous laptop from Gizmag, as it showcased the Tulip E-Go Diamond that costs a hefty $350,000! Well, that’d certainly cost me a not just an arm and a leg, but a head.
Released late in 2006 in the US, the laptop certainly looks like the iBook G3–the clamshell laptop released by Apple way back in 1999, that looks like a powder/mirror compact. The only difference, aesthetically aside from the “tulip logo”, is that you can customize the laptop skin by choosing from the wide arrays of lovely interchangeable skins available. It also comes with a matching sophisticated laptop bag.

Of course, being technically stylish has still its own price. An Ego laptop sans the diamond encrusted skin usually costs more or less $5,000. It’s currently available on selected stores in the US, Middle East and Europe. Check Ego Lifestyle website for more info.
If you’re from the Philippines, don’t fret ‘coz you can grab this fab baby by visiting IM-HM.com (an online store owned by Bianca Zobel).
